| When the prep work is finished, this labor only service “Creates the Magic.” The goal is to edit and arrange existing furniture, hang art work, place accessories, and assess the lighting needs. We transform the property so that it has the best possible appeal to buyers and increasing its salability. This also includes high quality photos for you and your agent for marketing. |
