Leah Butler has a BS in Psychology and is a Certified Staging and Redesign Professional (SAR) who has lived in Delaware County for over 25 years. She has excellent people skills, a solid understanding of design principles, and a well-developed knowledge of the area. This combination makes her a good match for this profession.
Her background in Psychology gives her insight into understanding the attachment issues involved in selling ones home. People decorate and set up their home to live in it. But when it comes time to sell, a different perspective is needed. Leah understands the desires of potential buyers and can help transform a home into an attractive space for potential buyers.
SAR Certification courses are designed to address regional differences across the country and give their professionals the skills that work in their area. In addition to SAR Certification, she has been studying Staging and Redesign for years and has used her knowledge on many projects.
