With the days getting longer and warmer, our thoughts turn to the out doors. Is your front yard ready for spring? If not, here are 10 tips for creating curb appeal. Whether you are selling or not, these easy fixes will have your house looking great.
- Eliminate clutter
- Clean. Don’t over look the light. Bugs are not welcoming. Use a power washer clean up steps and siding.
- Trim bushes and plants
- Fresh coat of paint on the front door.
- Fresh mulch for flower beds
- Fertilize and keep yard mowed and trimmed.
- Make any repairs
- Check the mail box. Is it in good shape and clean?
- Be sure house numbers are visible and displayed nicely
- Put out a nice pot of flowers and a new door mat.
With these simple steps your front yard will say welcome to all your visitors.
